The Zigs 510i electric cigarette - the i means in this case a very much improved electronic cigarette.

1) Manual Button 510i Electronic Cigarette Battery. Control of the atomiser is no longer automatic only and does not rely on air switches that can be contaminated by liquids or over sensitive actions. You are now in control of the atomiser when using the manual battery, simply press the button when inhaling which provides much more vapour . There is no longer a reason to have an opening between the battery and atomiser and so the battery is completely sealed as can be seen in the image below. The new automatic battery uses electronics to sense when the cigarette is being used for a fully automatic smoking experience. The choice is automatic, manual or one of each. Most electronic cigarettes require more suction when inhaling than a conventional cigarette but the 510 large atomiser element and new airflow design in the cartridges limits the resistance through the cigarette giving the user a much more realistic smoking experience.

2) The 510i electronic cigarette cartridge suspends the e-liquid in a heat proof fibre and the atomiser (vaporiser) element creates the vapour that appears as smoke by inserting the element at one end of the fibre. Usually the vapour is then sucked through the fibre to the end of the cigarette, this can result in the case of over filled cartridges, a small amount of liquid entering the mouth.

Not so with the 510i. The cartridge liquid container is a closed chamber and the vapour no longer passes through the cartridge fibre. It now passes down both sides of the cartridge from the vaporiser (atomiser) directly to the end of the cartridge without passing through any liquid. If you use e-liquid you will realise this means the cartridges may be filled with more liquid than usual, without this risk of liquid in the mouth. The two airways can be seen in the picture below.

3) New 510i e-cig atomiser (vaporiser) deep element design provides much more vapour and creates great throat feeling the same as a conventional cigarette. Because the surface area of the element is much larger and deeper than other electronic cigarettes, the atomiser stays cooler. The battery button should not be pressed longer than 5 seconds each time as this will result in vaporiser failure or shorten the life of the element.
