Shipments & Returns
We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes or Jiffy bags are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Post & Shipping
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Courier companies.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day as long as the order is placed by 4pm. If for any reason we are out of stock of an item (which is very rare), we would expect to get your goods to you within 10 days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot or Post office for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
Shipping And Handling is chargeable for all orders, please see individual pages for postage costs.
All orders received Monday to Friday before 4pm will be shipped that day. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day, subject to the item being in stock.

If your item is faulty, simply call or email us for a returns number. Then you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will replace the item. Due to our electronic cigarettes being used orally we cannot exchange items. If we cannot replace the electronic cigarette due to it being discontinued, a full refund of your money will be made. (Refunds are subject to transactional fees). Cancellations of a credit card transaction will have the above transactional fees applied due to the merchant bank transaction charges to Swevan Control Systems - these transaction fees are not refundable to us. Post and Packing is not refundable and if you received free postage our Postage fees will be deducted as this would normally be covered in our profit of the item or items. Both amounts will include VAT
To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you with no refund.
We will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance by e-mail or phone and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
In line with the E Cigarette industry, vaporisers are guaranteed for 30 days and batteries due to the high work load they carry out are guaranteed for two months. (Vaporisers can last much longer, quite often 3 - 4 months and many customers have batteries that have lasted more than 6 months.)

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase after calling us for a returns number.
