How long will my new electronic cigarette last.

The batteries should last for approx 1 day between charges (based on smoking 15 - 20 cigarettes per day). Depending on use we would recommend using additional batteries if your smoking exceeds this or the 510i users may purchase the personal pocket charger and never be without a fully charged spare battery. We supply two batteries with all our kits so you always have a spare fully charged battery but electronic cigarette batteries work very hard providing a high current to the vaporisers 100's of times a day so expect the life expectancy to be around 3 to 6 months. Unlike our competitors most of which only guarentee them for 28 days we offer an unconditional guarentee of 2 months and if you speak our support team they will quite often replace batteries up to 3 months old.

Vaporisers / atomisers are an expendable item and should last between 1 -2 months. We guarantee these for 30 days but advise you to carry a spare for when the atomiser fails.

Do your Electronic Cigarettes have the correct Certification?

Yes we have certification for CE & RoHs conformity testing and the nicotine cartridges have German TUV Rheinland Food regulation certificate number Z08805624 meeting Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Directive (EC) 2002/72 plus corresponding regulations 30 and 31 LFGB. We treat testing very serious and our manufacturers provide these certificates to us on a regular basis

Are All Electronic Cigarettes the same?

No they are not. Originally the electronic cigarette was invented in 2003 but as we understand it the company changed the name and lost rights to the patient.
